The true flavor of coffee and aroma develops during the coffee roasting process. Within the first 14 days after roasting, coffee is at its most flavorful. By the time roasted coffee is one month old, it only preserves 10% of its original flavor and freshness. After 45 days, coffee is stale and has lost its flavor.
Home coffee roasting allows you to roast different origins of green coffee beans to different roast styles for peak flavor.
