Since we opened in 2006, Roast A Bean had a goal to promote home coffee roasting and the understanding of fresh coffee. Our commitment is to true fresh roasted coffee which is taking green coffee beans, roasting them and consuming them within 14 days before they start to become stale and lose their aroma and flavor. Each batch of green beans you roast is our commitment to quality. We are committed to delivering quality green beans so you can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee.  The vast majority of our green coffee beans are single orgin quality beans, not beans used primarily for blending. Social Responsibility

At Roast A Bean, we believe a strong company has a strong sense of social responsibility. It is with that fundamental belief that we are committed to actively participating in social causes that impact the coffee community. We allocate funds to support socially responsible initiatives in coffee producing communities around the world.

With our “Passion To Give” program we are supporting the following organizations who make an impact in the coffee growing regions of the world.

Through contributions these organizations work to eradicate breast and cervical cancer, improve children's literacy and impact the welfare of those who work in the coffee farms around the world.

Roast A Bean does not contribute to political organizations or local community programs. If you have a cause and desire to be considered for a donation, please submit your request via email to roaster@roastabean.com

Our support for the coffee producing communities gives back to them to help sustain their growth and allows them to provide the highest quality green coffee beans available. These organizations ease the concerns coffee farms have about their workers and families through better access to quality health care and school facilities which improves their quality of life.
