Kenya AA EuroPrep Select -- This coffee has great consistency, displaying a rich, powerful berrylike finish. It is an energizing cup of medium body and deep dimension.

Java Government Estate -- Government Estate “Washed” arabica coffees are among the oldest cultivated in the world. These Estate beans have a low-acid taste, an undercurrent of spice woven into its character. The light–medium bodied brew has a long vanilla finish.

Celebes Kalossi -- This coffee has a good body with a hint of spice and a hint of floral on the finish. Also has a creaminess to it and can take any roast -- even espresso.

Zimbabwe AA Select -- This medium body coffee has a slightly nutty taste, and winey characteristics. The fruity aftertaste is reminiscent of grapes. While not a heavy bodied coffee it does have a great balance between winey and chocolate.
