Papua New Guinea Purosa - A -- A coffee that flies under the radar. With a good body and light acidity, this bean has a nice spiciness and floralness, with hints of coca and carmel on the finish.
Java Government Estate -- Government Estate “Washed” arabica coffees are among the oldest cultivated in the world. These Estate beans have a low-acid taste, an undercurrent of spice woven into its character. The light–medium bodied brew has a long vanilla finish.
Celebes Kalossi -- This coffee has a good body with a hint of spice and a hint of floral on the finish. Also has a creaminess to it and can take any roast -- even espresso.
