This coffee roaster has been engineered to give complete control over the time and temperature of the roast – two important factors for achieving perfectly roasted beans. With control over the time and temperature a roaster is capable of producing a full range of coffee styles to suite their taste. The roaster can make time and temperature changes without interruption or restarting the roasting process.

The Gene Café roaster has a half-pound capacity coffee roaster. It features a patented, off-axis roasting chamber and hot air convection that will ensure even roasting regardless of your batch size.
