Hottop KN-8828P
The KN-8828P is a fully programmable roaster. For those just learning about roasting coffee there is an "Auto" mode that roasts the coffee, but the KN-8828P also adds up to ten roasting profiles. The first is pre-programmed by the factory. The remaining 9 profiles can be programmed by the user and saved for use at a future time in the non-volatile memory.
This roasters features the following:
- Computer controlled roasting for accuracy and ease of repeating a roast profile.
- 9 ounce drum roasting chamber.
- Fully automatic roasting and cooling.
- User can end roast at any time. Roast cycle is 12 - 22 minutes but user can end roast at any time or add time if necessary.
- External cooling tray with agitation arm and cooling fan. Beans cool in 4 to 5 minutes.
- Audible signalling of roast stages, tones signal cycle changes within the roast

Built in smoke reduction system, there is still smoke that will emit from the roaster.

Large 4 inch viewing window provides good view of roast during the roast process.

Steel roasting drum is 4 inches by 8 inches and heats with a 750 watt heating element.
