The “Gran Cru” coffee of Ethiopia. Though Ethiopia is known for its wild and crazy “Natural” process coffees. Very unique and distinctive, considered the finest of the Ethiopian coffees. Medium body, sweet and spicy. Ours has that sought after berry overtone with a hint of floral in the finish.
Delicately flavored Yirgachefe has a heady and surprisingly sweet perfume off the grounds and of very delicate lime in the cup. Great stand alone coffee, but also can be a strong component in blends and espressos.
