A coffee that flies under the radar. With a good body and light acidity, this bean has a nice spiciness and floralness, with hints of cocoa and carmel on the finish.
Roast from light to dark to experience the variety of flavors this coffee offers. It is excellent for blending and for espresso blends as well as straight too.
This coffee is much cleaner in the cup than Sumatras. Excellent Indonesian coffee grown in the highlands. One of our favorites.
