Warranty, Return and Exchange Policy

• Defective merchandise will be replaced or purchase price will be refunded by the manufacturer under their warranty guidelines.
• All returns must be accompanied by receipt and returned with all original packaging to Roast A Bean within 14 days of original purchase.
• A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all items returned plus the original shipping charges, deducted from the purchase price.
• If you decide to exchange the product for another item within 14 days of original purchase, Roast A Bean will work with you on the exchange. Our policy is to have you pay freight both ways on the exchanged items.
• Roast A Bean cannot accept returns on any unroasted coffee beans or roasted coffee beans.
• Roast A Bean cannot accept returns on any merchandise item that has been used. This includes roasters, grinders and coffee mugs.
• Roast A Bean will not be held responsible for any defect in an item arising from normal wear and tear, alterations, modifications, neglect or self-repairs.
• All returns will be issued a return code by Roast A Bean and must accompany all returned merchandise items.
• Any display boxes that are cracked during shipping are not subject to a refund or replacement.
• If you paid for insurance, please contact the carrier. Roast A Bean will pack your items carefully for shipping: however, we cannot guarantee how the carrier will handle them.
• All roasters and grinders are covered by a manufacturer warranty. This includes all service and replacement for defective and non-working roasters. Please see the warranty information at the bottom of this page for contacting the manufacturer of your roaster.

Backorder Policy

 

If Roast A Bean is out of stock on an item that you have ordered, our policy is to process the payment on the order and contact you about the delay if it exceeds the posted time on the product page. You can make a substitution or delete an item at that time, please keep in mind we do not ship out partial orders.

 

As our items become out of stock we post a “Temporarily Out Of Order” notice with an in stock date estimated by our suppliers. We rely solely upon our suppliers to let us know the restocking time to have inventory back in supply.

All defective merchandise is covered by the manufacturer. We encourage you to fill out your warranty card and return it to the manufacturer of your roaster or grinder.
