Defective merchandise will be replaced or purchase price will be refunded by the manufacturer under their warranty guidelines.

All returns must be accompanied by receipt and returned with all original packaging to Roast A Bean within 14 days of original purchase.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all items returned plus the original shipping charges, deducted from the purchase price.

If you decide to exchange the product for another item within 14 days of original purchase, Roast A Bean will work with you on the exchange. Our policy is to have you pay freight both ways on the exchanged items.

Roast A Bean cannot accept returns on any merchandise item that has been used. This includes unroasted or roasted coffee, roasters, grinders and coffee mugs.

Roast A Bean will not be held responsible for any defect in an item arising from normal wear and tear, alterations, modifications, neglect or self-repairs.

All returns will be issued a return code by Roast A Bean and must accompany all returned merchandise items.

Any display boxes that are cracked during shipping are not subject to a refund or replacement.

If you paid for insurance, please contact the carrier. Roast A Bean will pack your items carefully for shipping: however, we cannot guarantee how the carrier will handle them.
